The beds were comfortable, breakfast was lovely, staff was helpful, and the location was perfect.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel as it checked off all the important boxes for me. The cleanliness of the room, bed, and bathroom was impeccable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I particularly appreciated the convenience of having a 7eleven downstairs for any last-minute purchases. The location was a major plus, as it was close to everything I needed - from shopping malls to transportation options to explore other islands. The proximity to the SM City mall was a definite highlight. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, making it a truly memorable experience.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is close to a large shopping mall which was convenient for me to do some shopping. The hotel is also conveniently situated near the pier, making it convenient for those who need to catch a ferry. The staff at the hotel were very attentive and the breakfast provided had a nice variety of options to choose from.

There were some issues with the room, as the safe wasn't working and there were a few areas that could use more lighting.
